Step 1 Complete the prelicensing course (study for the exam)

Kentucky is one of the few states that you will start by studying first and must get a Certificate of Completion.

How to get certificate of completion

• Completion of the course including the final exam.

• Course completion rosters will be reported to the Kentucky Department of Insurance daily.

• Download and Print the certificate through the “Transcript” tile on the user dashboard.

• Certificates are valid for 12 months.
