You must check the compatibility of your computer before registering for the online exam. If your computer is not compatible with the online software, you will need to schedule your examination at a Pearson Vue test center.
As long as you are not within the 48-hour window right before the test you can reschedule to give yourself more time or if you want to take the test earlier.

To change or cancel your testing appointment, you must call (866) 895-0496 at least 48 hours in advance or forfeit the examination fee.
Limitation on repeat examination
Testing must be completed within 6 months of the Course Completion Date on the Certificate.
There are no limits on exam retakes
