What is Prometric

The State of Arizona uses Prometric as its testing center. You will complete your testing with them and they will submit your scores to the state.

You must check the compatibility of your computer before registering for the online exam. If your computer is not compatible with the online software, you will need to schedule your examination at a Prometric test center.

Choose a date 10-15 days away you can always move the date forward or further out 48 hours before the test date.

Rescheduling Test Date

As long as you are not within the 48-hour window right before the test you can reschedule to give yourself more time or if you want to take the test earlier.

To change or cancel your testing appointment, you must call (800) 853-5448 at least 48 hours in advance or forfeit the examination fee.
